What is your return policy?
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making sure that you are happy. We pride ourselves on our products, and we want you to be happy with our products as well. Please go to Make a return and follow the instructions. You are also very welcome to send the item back directly through Royal Mail. You have 14 days to notify us for a return, after we accept your return, you have 14 days to arrange for posting the item back to us, this time frame includes the item being given as a gift.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or give refunds on underwear, unless they are faulty and gift cards. Sale items cannot be refunded but exchanged or Credit noted.

How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
Do you take everything back?
We'll do our best to take care of you, but from time to time we cannot accommodate a return. Clothing returns must be in its original package and labels, with other items, it must be returned with the seal unopened.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
We strive to complete your order with 100% concentration but unfortunately sometimes mistakes occur. We understand that it is frustrating so please accept our apologises. We may need additional proof such as a photo of the wrong items, but we will aim to resolve the issue in the way you would like.
Faults or damaged
Firstly please accept our apologises if your item is faulty. If your item is faulty please notify us within 14 days of the package arriving, we will do our upmost to either refund the item or send you out another as soon as possible.
If the package was damaged in transport, which unfortunately happens occasionally, we may need additional proof, like a photo, that the item was damaged because of the postage services after this we will resolve this issue in the way you would like.
We will refund the original charges and the return charges if the item is clearly faulty. Where this occurs, the refund will come in a separate amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges or return charges in any other situations.
If the item is not packed properly and it is damaged in the return journey we may offer a partial refund.
Please note that our systems have a small delay in updating, there may be times that the product you chose is out of stock, if this occurs we will email you with alternative options or to refund you if you so chose. Please accept our apologises if this happens.
